The Monastery Manchester is a unique events venue, steeped in history and character. Radius was approached to develop a successful and stylish suite of marketing materials to promote its strengths, and in addition was asked to help with handling calls and ticket sales via the Radius in-house call centre. We segmented the Monastery's activities into community and corporate, with separate booklets designed and printed for each. We also designed an overall flyer to incorporate all the markets for which they cater. In addition, we designed the graphics for their exhibition shell scheme, which led to some successful contacts for the Monastery. We also now provide the call centre services for some of their ticket sales, and have produced branded merchandise for sale in their own retail outlet.
